Structure Relocation & Shoring

ICC Commonwealth has more than three decades of experience successfully relocating small and large-scale structures. Our structural engineering team holds records for the heaviest and tallest buildings / structures moved in the United States.

We have extensive experience working with scaffolding, shoring and rigging, and routinely utilize cranes, hoists, and specialty scaffold to access work. We have developed comprehensive procedures associated with relocations and customize move plans for each structure we relocate. From our experience relocating historical structures, we have the related experience of shoring stone and masonry on Landmark and Register listed properties
